Orders & Payments

- Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
- Payment Schedules: For Custom Development Services, payment schedules are defined in the project proposal and typically include a deposit and milestone-based payments.
- Late Payments: Payments that are not received by the due date may result in suspension or termination of services, and we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.
Deposits are non-refundable
All deposits for Custom Development Services are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they secure project resources and cover initial planning.
Licensing & Intellectual Property
- Digital Products: When you purchase a Digital Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your business or client projects. The underlying code, design, and intellectual property remain the property of EchoSoftX.
- Custom Development: For Custom Development Services, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, subject to the terms of your project agreement. EchoSoftX retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, or tools used in the development.
- Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer any Digital Product unless expressly permitted in writing by EchoSoftX.
- Brand Assets: You may not use EchoSoftX's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
Custom Development
- Custom Development Services are governed by the specific project agreement, which includes the scope, timeline, milestones, deliverables, and payment schedule.
- Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and any required content or materials to ensure project progress.
- Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.
- We reserve the right to pause or terminate a project if the client fails to provide necessary inputs or payments within agreed timeframes.
- Upon project completion and final payment, we will deliver the final source code and assets as per the agreement.
Recurring Services
- Recurring Services (hosting, maintenance, support, etc.) are billed on a monthly or annual basis as specified in the service agreement.
- Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.
- We do not issue refunds for partial months of service if cancellation is requested mid-cycle.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing for Recurring Services with 30 days' prior written notice.
Refund & Cancellation
- Digital Products: Refunds are generally not available once the product has been delivered or made accessible. We encourage you to review product documentation and demos before purchasing.
- Custom Development: Refund eligibility depends on the project phase at the time of cancellation. Approved milestones are non-refundable.
- Recurring Services: Refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of the paid period, minus any non-refundable setup fees.

User Content
- By submitting content to EchoSoftX (including text, images, data, and files), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
- You warrant that you have the necessary rights to provide the content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party rights or violate any laws.
- We reserve the right to remove or refuse to use any content that we believe is illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Prohibited Activities
